Super Typhoon Parma Hits the Philippines

After tropical depression Ketsana (also known as Ondoy) left many Filipinos homeless and put several places in Manila under water, Typhoon Parma is already on the way and is actually within the Philippine area of responsibility as this post is written. Filipinos are currently bracing themselves for the coming of this super typhoon.
Indeed, this does not give enough time for Filipinos to recover from their loss.
