Heavy Winter Storm over Pennsylvania and Other Parts of US

Heavy winter storm runs across many parts of US, leaving huge dumps of snow, which makes is very hazardous and life threatening. The heavy snowstorm also makes it very hazardous to transportation, and there were reports of various accidents related to this.

People were advised to stay at home and avoid travelling to avoid these unfortunate mishaps. It followed also that schools were closed.

According to the The National Weather Service (NWS) :

“Heavy snows will continue this morning over large portions of the mid-Atlantic, with blizzard conditions over portions of central to northern Maryland, eastward across portions of the Delmarva peninsular and coastal south-eastern New Jersey.”

“Additional snow totals of a foot are possible across portions of the mid-Atlantic, bringing storm totals to 18-36 inches. Snow across the Ohio valley region will begin to diminish this morning with only a few additional inches expected.”

Meanwhile, the state of Pennsylvania is already on level 3 alert.
