Lindsay Lohan is deeper in trouble than ever before! This time she will be spending time in jail for not showing up on several drug and alcohol treatment meetings. Her excuses about doing work instead of attending those meetings did not buy her way out in court.

Lohan had to undergo drug and alcohol treatment due to several DUI cases she had faced not long ago.

Judge Marsha N. Revel said that Lindsay is to spend “30 days in jail on the reckless driving case, 30 days in jail on the first DUI case (consecutive), and 30 days in jail on the second DUI case (consecutive). That is 90 days in jail.”

Lindsay was initially shocked and could just look at her attorney. Then she cried.

She must now turn herself by July 20. Despite having to serve 90 days in jail, she is expected only to spend around 20 to 30 days then proceed with the drug rehabilitation program.
